Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Order will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).

Contact us for special arrangement on product requires assembly such as cotbed. It will be taken care of our in-house fleet and applicable within Kang Valley area only. Charges may apply.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. Mothercare Malaysia is not liable for any associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

All un-attempted parcel will be returned to Mothercare warehouse after 3 trial deliveries have been scheduled. Resending cost will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.
